Our answering service will answer phone calls beginning at 4:30 on weekdays, 1:00 on Fridays, and all weekend.

Directions and Parking:
Enter GBMC from the Charles Street entrance and bear right, past La Petite Academy. Follow the signs for Physicians Pavilion East. The road will end at Iris Parking Garage.The building adjacent to the parking garage is Physicians Pavilion East, and our office is on the second floor, immediately in front of the elevators.
Valet parking is available until 4:00 pm at the Sherwood entrance to the hospital – on the left, just before reaching Iris Parking Garage.

We welcome your non-emergency questions via email related to billing, insurance, appointments, referrals, prescription renewals. We will attempt to answer your email within 72 hrs. Questions of a more critical nature should be addressed by telephone.
Insurance and billing:
Please refer to our office policies for details on fees and payment. We ask that you have all your current insurance information available when you call to schedule an appointment, including any changes that occurred since your last visit. We require that a valid insurance card be presented at your appointment.
