We attend deliveries only at Greater Baltimore Medical Center, the second busiest delivering hospital in Maryland. GBMC has been recognized as one of America’s Best Maternity Hospitals by Newsweek! This prestigious recognition was given to only six Maryland hospitals, and GBMC is one of three in the state to be designated as a five-ribbon hospital. GBMC has also been named Baltimore's Best Hospital by readers of The Baltimore Sun. With its expertly staffed unit, 24-hour anesthesia, and outstanding NICU, we are confident that our patients are well cared for and have a comfortable and safe delivery.
Our gynecology procedures are performed in the Women and Outpatient Surgical Center in Physicians Pavilion West here on campus. This area is dedicated to the care of women, specializing in gynecologic and breast procedures.
We recommend patients download the GBMC HealthCare app. The app is designed to help you navigate our healthcare system with ease. It includes GPS wayfinding, directing you from home to the proper parking garage on GBMC's campus. Once you arrive, the app offers step-by-step directions to help you find your exact appointment location. From the app, you can also access your MyChart account, which allows you to view your medical record and test results, request prescriptions, pay your bill, and much more.
